I got him confused with the other 'Aussie' Pete. I think that the accents were different, but then again what do I know. Canadians don't have accents! Silly boy.

Laurita- I do have a camel pic, but I'm riding it with another guy and it's emabarassing...

It was pretty much hot everywhere, so the beard didn't make it much worse...and I figured that I've bored you good people with my face for waaaaaay too long.

Mr. Rex- Yeah, some funky attire for sure. Definate hippy feel to it. The theme was 'tacky tourist day'.

Gigi- Well, in Canada that sign would have to do with a place on the ice where we send the bad players for 2 minutes. Who knows what the hell it means in NY!

I'm not THAT well traveled. The first two were from one trip, the others from another trip. I hardly go anywhere aside from that.

I'm not to where the shorts in public. I keep them for 'special' occasions...

Cathy- Yeah, the limestone place was neat coz there was a couple of waterfalls where warm water falls down on you. Very soothing. Almost as much as the Turkish Bath we went to...but that's another story...

I was a huge fan of 'Six Feet Under'.

John- Are you serious? Is there really a double decker McD's in Manhattan?

Ant- Thanks, man. Glad you liked them. I also enjoy the photos at your blog as well.

Danielle, Thanks very much!

Laura- Har! Best way to do it, I'm sure. Yeah, there's way more grey than black anymore. They look like blue socks that Dr. Seuss might wear.
The water you're standing in at the limestone site looks amazing.
Re: the low hanging lights. Did you ever see the episode in Six Feet Under with the ladies in the limo? I'll never trust a low hanging sign/light/thing again.
I'd LOVE to see more photos!
Especially brown shirt photos!Cathy Olliffe-Websterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12729578896443750402noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4136127029720129227.post-33984382906580290602011-07-07T19:31:35.472-02:302011-07-07T19:31:35.472-02:30In this post, you have given me much material with...In this post, you have given me much material with which to comment....

First, what the heck does that sign mean in the first photo? Why yes, it did distract from that impish grin as I've struggled to decipher it....and I'm from America, I should be able to understand the signs!

Second, you - my friend - are very well traveled it seems. I would love to hear how some of these travels came to be.

Third - obviously you are a man who is particular about his clothes. Finds his favorites and wears them over and over.

Fourth - if those shorts are in a drawer somewhere I suggest you ditch them as fast as you can (because, obviously, when you obtained them you either were desperate or not so particular about your clothing). ;-)Gigihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05467164195744234746noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4136127029720129227.post-9569101315216507832011-07-07T18:05:51.684-02:302011-07-07T18:05:51.684-02:30Those are some awesome outfits!!! Haha... that's great though.

Gotta share the story about the shorts some time though. Too bad that's it for the photos.... retro pics are fun to go through... even when they aren't your own.Rant-O-Saurus Rexhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13481896969814845212noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4136127029720129227.post-60522041352560319322011-07-07T13:34:13.929-02:302011-07-07T13:34:13.929-02:30What?
